New project: “the mourning after”
I am so very very proud and excited to report that I will be releasing a poetry book! It’s called the mourning after, and will be comprised of a selection of my poems spanning the last 15 years. The book is about sex, love, heartbreak, loss, grief, anger and human relationships. The book will also include illustrations done by my close friend Andreas Loutas, a naturally gifted artist whose work is dark, complex and provocative.

Kathleen Smith (aka @KikkiPlanet), one of Edmonton’s leading Twitter personalities and also one of my best friends, is starting a blog! Think a cross between Joan Holloway, Miss Hannigan and Katherine Hepburn, and you’ve got it. I am excited to announce officially that I will be her website project manager, responsible for designing her site and helping her maintain it.
New client: Lisa Nicole Grace!
Lisa Nicole Grace is a singer/songwriter from here in Edmonton and has recently hired me to revamp her website! Lisa was nominated as an Artist to Watch in 2011 at the Edmonton Music Awards, and is a vital part of Edmonton’s independent music scene.
