Edmonton new media professional Dana DiTomaso started her career as a website developer in Ontario, and built up an impressive roster of regular clients. After moving to Edmonton in 2010, Dana chose to focus more of her time on the consulting side of her business. She counsels clients on SEO and web/e-mail marketing strategies, social media marketing, and also leads keynote sessions and workshops on how to make the most of online marketing and branding opportunities.
Since expanding the scope of her business, Dana has been outsourcing more of the website development and maintenance work that she’s been getting from clients to other developers. I met with Dana in the fall of last year, shortly after the launch of KikkiPlanet.com, to discuss the possibility of taking some WordPress and general website maintenance work off her hands.
